Position: Founder & CEO

Chantel Rademeyer, Founder and CEO of Falcon Brook Search, launched her business in 2013 with a vision of providing a management consultancy and talent solutions firm that was focused on relationships, not about making a sale.


After years of working with senior executives as a recruiter in the energy industry, Chantel wanted to effect change in the marketplace by developing a search method that was about nurturing and fostering relationships with clients and candidates alike and challenging decision makers on what they were looking for in regard to talent.

With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, she has successfully worked on countless senior and high-profile mandates that have included hiring heads of businesses through team moves and product/regional specialists across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. During her journey, she has been supported by a talented team who possess the same partnership working style and focus on delivery. This has led to over 600 senior and high-profile placements on mandates around the world via her global network of clients.

As sector specialists in the areas of energy, commodities, investment management, sustainability, ESG, climate transition, quant, data technology and EV’s, Falcon Brook has been able to preempt new growth areas even before the demand for talent has begun.

Not only is Chantel incredibly passionate about the energy industry, she is committed to driving change in the workplace by being an active champion and spokesperson for the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the workplace. In fact, Falcon Brook is the only female led, 80% diverse executive search firm in the market.

Due to the companies’ exponential business growth, Falcon Brook has large offices in London and Singapore and will be opening a third in the U.S. as well.
