Paul is a Director of Falcon Brook Search and leads the Metals & Mining practice which includes long term clients headquartered in the UK, Europe, North & South America & Australasia. Paul has over 20 years of experience, advising large international and mid-cap organisations at board and executive committee level. He has strong expertise helping pre-production explorers (juniors) hire board members and transformational leaders. Paul has a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Marketing and is qualified with a range of psychometric tools such as Hogan.
