Falcon Brook is seeking a Senior Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team in London!

Falcon Brook’s headquarters are located in Victoria, London, UK, the heart of many leading energy companies and hedge funds. Our office is filled with Energy and Commodity Executive Search specialists who collectively bring over 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on supporting clients in finding the right talent and assisting candidates in discovering their next career move within the industry. From this office, we look after the whole of Europe, including Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Germany, ensuring comprehensive coverage and dedicated support across the region.

Senior Executive Search Consultant

The Role

  • You will become an expert in sourcing, headhunting, networking and new business development, whilst providing a high level of service to candidates and clients.
  • You will use a variety of tools to source candidates and guide them through the interview process.
  • You will learn how to map out the market and how to attract candidates to our clients, building a network and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the US.

We’re flexible, but we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a search/business development recruitment role (360)
  • Exposure to/knowledge of the energy/commodities industry (essential)
  • Someone who is confident, articulate, and meticulous – (especially on the phone) you’ll be liaising with C-Level clients and senior candidates!
  • Someone who has high levels of emotional intelligence and common sense.
  • Someone who is hungry to succeed, driven and determined to learn and progress in their career!
