Sophie Holds a Business and Economics Diploma from CEC Andre Chavanne, a Business School based in Geneva.

Sophie joined Falcon Brook Search in 2022 and focuses on executing hiring mandates across Energy commodities spectrum which spans Hedge Fund, Trading House, Oil & Gas Majors, Utility, and Renewable Energy Sectors.

In the past Sophie has worked with different players in the Energy market and was responsible for executive hiring mandates across Energy Trading.

As a researcher, Sophie assures impeccable communication with our clients while building strong relationships within the industry. She is also an advocate for equal rights and constantly educates herself on the matter. She works on different projects with CEO’s, Founders and Heads of HR, to help them on their diversity hiring agendas and internal structure.
