Rashmi joined Falcon Brook in 2018 and has since worked on many mandates across commodities globally including Trading, Origination, Analysis, Quant/Data Science and Middle Office/Risk. She currently sits within the Energy team.

She previously worked at a financial services executive search specialist covering asset and wealth management, insurance and global transaction services with a focus on Director to Board level appointments.

Rashmi enjoys the fast paced and dynamic nature of search and working together with clients and candidates to make impactful placements.
