Gary McKinney joins as Senior Vice President, further building the firm’s capability at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology
Falcon Brook Search is pleased to announce that Gary McKinney has joined the firm as Senior Vice President within the Industrial Technology team, based in Houston. Gary joins from Ducatus Partners, where his search practice focused on the upstream and midstream, vertical energy markets.
Gary will work closely alongside Michael Wing, who has already made a strong impact across the Americas, further accelerating Falcon Brook’s growth in a key global hub for energy and industrial innovation.
Gary brings extensive experience in leadership advisory and executive search across global energy and industrial technology markets. He has supported organisations in securing high-impact leadership talent across private equity and venture capital-backed businesses, E&P, oilfield services, and the energy transition landscape.
Within Industrial Technology, Gary will focus on leadership mandates across process automation, industrial software, digital infrastructure, energy digitalisation, and low-carbon technologies — building high-impact teams that strengthen commercial capability and position organisations for future growth.
