He is well-connected across the Houston market and has a solid track record of delivering at senior and executive level. His relationships and regional knowledge anchor the team’s US presence.
Gary C. McKinney | Senior Vice President
Gary brings broad experience in leadership advisory and executive search across global energy markets. He has worked with a wide range of organisations, from private equity and venture capital-backed businesses to large-scale E&P and oilfield services companies, helping them find and secure strong leadership talent at critical moments.
Tera Orey | Senior Vice President
Tera brings more than 15 years of executive search and human resources experience, with a strong track record of delivering senior-level and C-suite talent solutions across the technology, energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. Her expertise spans executive search, leadership assessment, organizational strategy, succession planning, and executive coaching.
Throughout her career, Tera has held leadership positions across executive search, HR consulting, and talent management firms, most recently leading Executive Leadership practices and partnering with organizations to build high-performing leadership teams. She also spent nearly eight years as Senior Human Resources Manager at McElvain Energy, giving her valuable in-house industry perspective within the energy sector.

Shannon brings a strong executive search and recruitment background, with experience gained at firms including Wilson HCG, DHR International, and Robert Half. Alongside her executive search expertise, she also brings broader consulting and technology experience, giving her a well-rounded perspective when supporting senior leadership searches.
