Paul’s exceptional track record in partnering with financial sponsors and junior exploration boards aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering exceptional advisory and executive search services. His work advising at board and executive levels, combined with his industry insights, makes him a key addition as we continue to expand our global reach within Metals & Mining.

Paul also brings a strong academic foundation with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Marketing, and is qualified in advanced psychometric assessments, including Hogan.
